TWINSBURG — Between Benedictine’s presence in the batter’s box and John Bufford’s work off the mound, the Bengals overwhelmed Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy on May 20. Varsity baseball clinches the lead in the fifth inning to defeat Ravenna.  Ravenna was up 4 to 0 going into the bottom of the fifth.  Then the flood gates opened up.  The Bengals would go on and score 11 runs.  Final was 11 to 4.
