Baseball Defeats Independence, 5-0

The Bengals baseball team defeated Independence, 5-0, on Tuesday evening. John Smenda led the Bengals on the mound pitching a complete game and having 6 strike outs. The JV won 6-2. The varsity returned to action on Wednesday and were defeated, 3-2, to Kirtland. The JV won 10-4.

Cage The Bengal Baseball Fundraiser

Benedictine Baseball is hosting a night out fundraiser!  All proceeds raised will go to the construction of two permanent batting cage areas on campus, a turf play area and five tees, to be installed and used THIS season. Sliwinski Wins 300th Baseball Game!

Benedictine’s Brian Sliwinski wins 300th baseball game Benedictine baseball coach Brian Sliwinski won the 300th baseball game of his head coaching career as the Bengals defeated John Hay 13-0. Bengals Baseball Get 2 Wins

The 2015 season opened yesterday with the Bengals defeating Trinity at the JV and Varsity levels. The Varsity opened with a 4-2 victory.  The JV team won 13-5.
