The Bengals defeated VASJ on Tuesday evening in the Play by Play Showcase held at Garfield Heights High School, 66-63. The Bengals defense applied the pressure in the 3rd and 4th quarters to defeat Holy Name, 61-51. Ronnie James led the efforts on the defensive side while Junior Chris Jefferson paced the Bengals with 22 points offensively. JV defeated Holy Name while the Freshmen team lost in the triple header. Bengals defeat Ursuline, 69-51, at the LeBron James Classic

The Bengals split contests over the weekend. On Friday night, the Bengals were defeated by Hoban, 53-51. On Saturday afternoon, the Bengals participated in the 2016 LeBron James Classic. Varsity Basketball Defeats CCC, 64-43

The Bengals opened the year with a 64-43 victory over Cleveland Central Catholic on Friday evening. Sophomore Davin Zeigler led the Bengals with 11 points.
