Bengals Split Saturday’s Games, Take on Avon in Sunday’s Consolation Game

The Bengals lost 3-2 in overtime to Avon Lake in the morning, but rebounded with an 8-2 trouncing of Brecksville in the evening to advance to the 3rd place consolation match of their 2017 Christmas tournament. The Bengals will face the Avon Eagles who finished 2nd in the West Division of the tournament behind Avon Lake.

Bengals Best Avon 7-2 in Christmas Tournament Opener

The Bengals opened their 2017 Christmas tournament with a convincing 7-2 win over the Avon Eagles. Balanced scoring from both Bengals’ offensive lines and a strong defensive effort were keys to the victory. Junior Matt Carson led the team with two goals and 3 assists, while junior Andrew Schiffer contributed 2 goals and 2 assists.

Bengal Icers top NDCL 6-2 for First League Win

Canfield Blanks Bengals 4 – 0 in League Opener

The Canfield Cardinals blanked the Bengals 4 – 0 on Friday, December 1st at the Cleveland Heights Ice Pavilion in the White North Division league opener for both teams. Benedictine Edged 6-5 by Lake Catholic in Home Opener

Benedictine Hockey Day of Service

Moner and Carson Selected to 2nd Team

Congratulations to Nick Moner and Matt Carson who have been selected to the GCHSHL 2nd team White Division! The Bengals will take on Parma in the first round of the OHSAA state tournament on Wednesday, February 15 at Brooklyn at 5:30PM.

The Bengals won their 6th game in a row defeating Brecksville, 7-0! The Bengals are now 15-9-1 on the year. The Bengals will host Chagrin Falls on Friday at 8:30PM at Cleveland Heights Pavilion.
